Sami Dadon

The name on the company is a family name. Sami works alongside his sons, Tom and Noy. For a homeowner, that starts with knowing the people behind the business.

Tom Dadon · Systems & operations

Tom handles systems and operations. His role supports the way the business is organized, bringing the operational side of a family construction company into focus.

Noy Dadon · Project manager

Noy is a project manager. Project management connects the plans and scope with the practical questions of construction. Bring your questions about the work and who will coordinate it to the first conversation.

Your home deserves a straightforward conversation.

Architectural drawings, a house model, pencils and material samples arranged for a planning discussion.
Bring the drawings, priorities and questions into one conversation.

Tell us what you want to change and what matters most to you. We welcome the practical questions about scope, budget and the choices ahead. A project manager follows up on scope and estimating.

The right disciplines, coordinated through our team.

Residential construction brings design, engineering and specialist trades together. We coordinate those subcontracted disciplines and permit coordination. If you already have an architect or designer, bring them into the discussion.

Focused on substantial home projects.

Additions and new construction lead our work, alongside ADUs, whole-house remodels, sunrooms and garage conversions. We serve the Peninsula, West Valley and the additional cities listed in our service area.
